As your belly grows, your posture and balance changes. A few tips for preventing a backache:

Wear flat shoes that provide enough support and comfort.

When lifting, bend from the knee, do NOT use your back to lift.

Try to keep a check on your posture, ensuring that you are standing up straight and not hunched over.

Donīt sit or stand for long periods of time. If you sit, try to take short breaks to walk. If you stand, take short breaks to sit and rest.
