Bed Rest 1:

Comfort is something that becomes a distant memory during pregnancy, diminishing as the bump increases. Once on bed rest, it is easy to become sore but there is only a certain amount of things you can do about it. The best tip on this is to borrow a number of nice fluffy pillows. If you have quite a few, you can prop yourself up when your back hurts, elevate your feet, and pop a couple under your knees so that they don`t become painful from your feet being raised. If you aren`t allowed to sit up much, you can put them behind your back when you lie on your side where they will offer some support.
