Her lungs are continuing to mature, as well as other organs. Her eyes are slowly opening, and retinas are developing. In this one week, your baby will add another one-half inch to her length. Her brain is also growing and developing. This is an important time during for your baby week by week for fetal growth, and it signifies the end of the second trimester.
