While you are pregnant, your breasts will probably grow to at least one size larger than normal. Once your milk supply comes in, however, your breasts will be even larger. It is important to purchase a nursing bra that is roomy enough to allow for extra growth once your baby has arrived. If you are large-breasted, look for bras that have wider straps. While many women prefer underwire bras, it is a good idea to wait until your milk is well-established before wearing one of these because the underwires can constrict your milk duct.
