During pregnancy we tend to tear up very easily. Suddenly we become emotional and weepy at the least bit thing, even commercials on TV. Try adding a few drops of lavender or chamomile to your bath water and inhale the scent. You could also try drinking chamomile tea and see if that helps - most health stores, and many supermarkets, stock chamomile tea, and even teabags these days.
